Great quote from Dean:
"Next November, Californias anger will be turned against another incumbent in the White House!"

Thank you, Gov. Dean for showing a light at the end of this dark tunnel! :loveya:

1. Agreed!
Here's the whole quote..:loveya:

"Today's recall election in California was not about Gray Davis or Arnold Schwarzenegger. This recall was about the frustration so many people are feeling about the way things are going. All across America, George Bush's massive tax cuts for the wealthy are undermining state budgets, causing cutbacks in services and increases in local property taxes. Were recalls held in every state, it's quite possible that 50 governors would find themselves paying the price for one president's ruinous national economic policies. Tonight the voters in California directed their frustration with the country's direction on their incumbent governor. Come next November, that anger might be directed at a different incumbent...in the White House."

2. That is a logical conclusion
Of course logic went out the window a few years ago...

3. And another great one from Joe Trippi:
""It's clear what's going on. It's just that people are taking it out on the wrong guy. Either we got 50 really horrible governors out there, or one really bad president."

4. I hope he is right
I really do. Let California do what Texas won't. Kick the squatter out!

5. DEAN--right again!
I don't know why some in DU are whining and crying in their beer. What happened in California was corrupt and unfortunate, yes. But just because people elected a movie star again doesn't mean that all of the Dems in California just disappeared.
