How have Californians been polling on 2004?
Edited on Wed Oct-08-03 09:55 AM by BurtWorm
How is Bush doing there? Who's leading among the Dems?

PS: This is an important question to consider when calculating the costs and benefits to Democrats overall of this election, no?

1. Bush's approval ratings have dropped into the low 40s, I think
I don't believe he has a chance in 2004 in Calif. As for the Dems, I thought I read awhile ago that Dean was leading.

2. Having a Repub Governor doesn't help any, but...
GW is dreaming if he thinks the Dems who voted for Arnie -- and many of the Repubs, too -- will vote for him.

CA Dems need to reach out to the Dems who voted to recall Davis, as much as we may resent them.
