"The president appreciates his role not only as commander in chief, but also how important it is to communicate and educate the public about Iraq, the war on terror and provide the context," White House Communications Director Dan Bartlett said.

1. I .... DONT..... WANT .... TO .... BE .... EDUCATED!!!
I don't want to be educated about Iraq. I already know that the WH lied about Iraq and is a big impeachable offense, much worse than the Watergate or the Monicagate combined together. I want the Unelected Fraud thrown out on his ass out on the streets and into prison for the rest of his pathetic life.

3. focusing on local media?
Is this because local media has the more inexperienced reporters and editors, who won't question the White House line so much?

4. "educate the public"
I wonder if that is going to be anything like RE-education?
