While on a quest to gather what few recognizable campaign promises made by the Not-My-Governor-Elect I could find (so that I may badger the Steroid Mutant mercilessly on my blog until the day he leaves Gov. Davis' mansion), I stumbled across:
http://www.welovearnold.com/The name alone was enough to make my stomach churn, but I checked it out anyway, since I figured a pro-Arnold site would stand the best chance of listing all his reckless promises.
It had me going -- momentarily -- until my eye landed on "25 September 2003 - Arnold shocks many observers at last night's debate by showing up."
Heheheh.
I'd been toying with the idea of creating just such a fake "pro-Arnold" site myself, half to ridicule the idiocy of it all, and half to actually sell Arnold items (for the sole purpose of sucking good, hard cash out of the morons stupid enough to vote for him). No doubt people do believe sites such as this are what they appear to be. (Look at how much incredulous hate mail Landover Baptist Church gets!)
But I see somebody's beat me to it. Nice work!
