What is the status of Al Gore's liberal cable channel?

Where do I go to get information on the status of Gore's liberal cable network? I can't wait to sign up.

Apparently they have agreed in principal to the purchase but the deal isn't done yet.

Oh... that's right... the FCC isn't offering any new broadcasting licences until at least 2007. How 'bout that?

6. the fcc has no jurisdiction on the cable channels, and

...no federal liscense is needed since no broadcast bandwith is used.

The dead giveaway is the word 'cable.'

I'd like ot see the liberal network be a mix of satire and humor and real political news. Spice things up with shows not normally expected to be on a news channel.
