The "dumbing down" on a daily basis...example...Imus - Wilson Affair
I was watching Imus on CNBC and he had Joe Digenova (fmr. fereal prosecutor) on talking about the Joe Wilson case and the CIA outing.

Joe's take is we should be looking into Wilson...why he was allowed to write about his CIA trip in the NY Times...waht was his contractual relatiosnhip with the CIA in this regard.

He went on to say there was no way they could prosecute anybody because of the high burden of proof.

Forget about breaking the law ...forget about truth..forget about facts before going to war.

Summary
-------

This is how it's done. The CNBC Imus producer organizes Digenova...know the talking points for Imus....and feeds Imus the questions he is to ask of Digenova.

The sick part is how many people driving in their cars heard this (a few million) who are tainted with "Wilson is bad"...

The "agenda" of the right is continued on a daily basis through the media and the DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA.

1. What's wrong with Imus?
Does he suffer from 'wet brain'? I never watch him but, caught him interviewing Andrea Mitchell and listened. He went on about the Wilson affair, 'something funny about all that'. And then he said that we should have planted WMD in Iraq. x(

2. It's called Republicanitis--a chronic condition
I used to overlook the right lean because the show could be amusing at times, and I had the feeling that Imus and Charles were basically decent guys at heart. But in the fall of 2000 they went over the top in their bias and I just couldn't stomach it any more. What do you expect from a cowboy Repug, a fratboy Repug and a gentleman Repug? As Imus would say, "you just can't watch it."
