1. This is nothing new because we already had this in 92'

I have written several times about Poppys appearance at PSU.

Protestors were penned up off camera while the few GOP kids were given tickets to be shown on camera with fake applause. Purely staged support for TV.

Activist Chuck Thomas (now of MPP.org) was carried away for doing nothing. I saw it. He told the oficers "I didn't do anything" and was told -"We know you were going to do something".

So this was here with Poppy but it was ignored then.

2. You know...

all this talk about shrub being a dictator and turning this country into a dictatorship does NOT fly with the majority of the moronic American public.
They DO NOT comprehend what is happening around them and trying to drill this issue into their heads will only backfire.

Cut the crap!

Running around yelling, "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" will not get you the attention that we need for 2004.
We need to concentrate on the issues that really matter: American jobs (lack thereof...), the friggin Iraqi invasion and the lack of WMDs..., the constant LIES that are being told by the administration.

We need to EDUCATE the masses...not scare them into voting against Bush and the repukes. We need to make them SEE what the repukes have done to this country...and not simply tell them that we're "turning into a dictatorship".

Why do I even bother.... :eyes:
