Arnold keeps promising "jobs, jobs, jobs"...
Arnold keeps talking about "bringing back businesses to the state"
and "bringing back the jobs" etc. etc.

He uses the very same populist rhetoric that another former Austrian ex-patriate did a long time ago...

I'm waiting for Arnold to promise, "A Beamer in every garage and a free range chicken in every pot"...

Nervous yet?

2. Perhaps he is betting on a cyclical recovery.
The CW is that the recession cannot last forever. If the economy rebounds, Scharzenegger will take the credit.

If it remains stagnant, Scharzenegger is screwed on this point.

Talking economics also gets the focus off the budget problems in the government.

3. I hope he keeps it up
It proves he is a babbling idiot.

People will turn against him fast. I predict a flame out in oh..say...six months from now.

5. Thank God I have a job
I'd like to flip burgers for Arnold, but I'm getting arthritis in my left hand. By the way, what's up with that statement that he'd like Cal-e-fornia to be more like Texas? What in hell does he mean? More road kill and rednecks? My friend had to move back to Texas a year ago and all she wants to do is move back to California.

6. Less than that if they keep showing his mug and replaying
every utterance. I wish they'd stop interupting my favorite shows to relate his latest brain fart.

and Bushie does not have any Army types to station there.

Do not know where you are going to get a lot of new jobs.

PS the L-1 Visa are moving Indians here replacing US Citizens and Bush think that is a good thing.
