He will get funding from Bush, that Davis or any Democrat couldn't get. It won't do you any good though, because it will be used to bribe some companies to come to California and provide a bunch of low paying, no benefits, jobs. He has the queen of cooked books fame, Donna Arduin from the administration of no less than Jeb Bush in Florida. How does she balance the budget? I hear tell that they push the expenses off to the following year so voila a balanced budget. I guess I can say that Madfloridian has more detailed information than I do and I hope she posts it. Oh yes and former Governor Pete Wilson, who created the energy and financial mess Gray Davis had to deal with, will be having an important post, probably really doing the Governor's job while Arnold hangs around Hollywood.

but we all know that capitalistic excesses have to be controlled by regulation. Since I am basically a socialist, not a Marxist, I believe commerce has to be regulated to produce the best results for everyone involved, not just a few sharks who have eaten there way to the top of the food chain.
