Bush is a Traitor (Illustrated)

Bush has demonstrated himself worthy of the Bush Organized Crime Family. A brief rundown (additions are welcome and expected):

Bush, through the work of his daddy's Supreme Court 5, brother Jebthro and consiglieri James Baker, stole the 2000 election. He did not report a crime, making him at least an accomplice, most likely a thief and a crook.

Bush was warned by outgoing Clinton National Security Advisor Sandy Berger that terrorism would be his number one priority. Bush ignored the advice, meaning he violated his oath to protect, uphold and defend the Constitution. He ignored the advice, making him derelict in his duty.

The CIA and FBI warned Bush that terrorists were planning to hijack several US airliners. Bush did not inform the airlines, airports or US public. Bush, at best, was derelict in his duty as commander in chief. At worst, he enabled the hijackers to accomplish their mission by standing down in his role as leader of the nation's military. That would be Treason.

In the moments after 9-11, Bush wanted to attack Iraq even though there are no known connections between Saddam Hussein and the 9-11 terrorists. Tony Blair had to convince Bush to go after the Taliban, first. Bush, again, is derelict in his duty.

A year later, Bush Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq, a nation which was not a threat to the US. The only strategic reason for attacking Iraq are the nation’s oil reserves. Before the invasion he warns the Iraqi people to leave the oil fields alone, spelling out his real priority for going to war.

In the process of extracting revenge, Bush is responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent men, women, and children, making Bush guilty of mass murder and crimes against humanity.

When a former US ambassador publicly states that Bush lied in his rationale for war on Iraq, the White House leaks word that the former ambassador’s wife is a CIA undercover operative. The leak is intended to silence any other administration critics. The CIA operative was a star in the fight the spread of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. Now all her work has been compromised and the lives of those foreign nationals under her control are in danger. So to make a political point and extract political revenge, the White House compromised the national security interests of the United States. That is Treason.

1. You May Be Correct... It All Started With George! It's Well Documented...

... that the Chimp puts a high premium on "loyalty" and that he has been known to seek revenge on those he feels have been disloyal to him. Whether it's some sort of ACTIVE revenge that he does himself or whether it's a passive-aggressive revenge where he just puts the ball in motion (or where he simply orders someone else to do the dirty work).

I'd leave off the criminal history portion as it is confusing and not central to your traitor case. Certainly true, and only a snippet of the overall criminal pre-office problem.

3. I know Bush was part of the leak. He and Rove do EVERYTHING together.

Good time to remind people what the press never really told the public - that GWB was a LONGTIME political strategist and OPERATIVE for his father and the GOP. He pulled dirty tricks with Atwater and Rove since the 70s.

4. While I agree

with your article that Bush is a criminal, and should be held accountable for his actions, some of what you say isn't considered "treason" going by the definition in the Constitution:

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

Can a case be made that Bush has "lev(ied) war" against the US? Possibly, but not likely. Could he be proven to have "adhere(ed) to their enimes"? Again, possibly (bin Laden, anyone) but not likely. Same with "giving aid and comfort". I'd like to see someone with a legal background try to attack from the treason angle. It would make for interesting reading, I'm sure.

Thanks for the kind reminder, dwckabal! I welcome any criticism if it shortens the time the Bush Organized Crime Family holds sway in my country. We won't prove anything until we get an honest Attorney General, though.
