Does the FCC have rules about misuse of the airwaves
as in, being under the influence.

I reach back to my college years io the radio and passing FCC tests to be certified, and I thought that was a regulation.

Eh...just a thought.

2. many FCC 'rules' are merely 'guidelines'
thanks to that Fox News lawsuit that gave them the right to tell LIES in their newscasts
