What a morning at the post office

I went to the post office today and there was a line of over 20 people. One elderly man from the Korean war turns to the guy behind him and ask's do you know were I can re-register to vote, the guy say's sure go to the courthouse. The guy who wanted the information just goes off on what a liar Bush is and how all his buddies are getting rich over in Iraq. The guy say's he is a republican but he will vote for whoever Bush faces. He said Bush doesnt care about the poor. Then it got really wild everybody in the line started complaining about Bush and the whole post office were saying that Bush was a huge mistake. It was like I was in the twilight zone. I know PA has voted for the Dems in three straight elections, but I live in a county that went Bush. If it is like this accross the rest of America Bush is finished. He did not have one defender in that post office this morning.

3. I'm seeing the same thing

Many years ago, I made the mistake of giving my younger brother a copy of "Atlas Shrugged." He bought its message hook, line and sinker and has been RW ever since. He's registered as a Conservative.

In the past three weeks, however, his granite-based resolve has been cracking. His incredulity with Bush's horrible decisions is beginning to equal his hatred of the Clintons.

Give us one or two big stories on Treason Gate and he's ours in the next election.

6. This is where we are at...

This is the situation we are dealing with right now. I don't know who you support, but if you are neutral, go to the meetups for as many candidates as you want. Go to the democratic party meetup. You will make friends and get geared up for next year. Mosdt of all, get smart. Learn more about the issues that concern you. Al Frankens book is a must read for dems that are going to campaign. Also a book called "The Peoples History of the US" by Howard Zinn. I am sure others will have other great idea's. Anyway, we are going to do this, but it is going to take hard work.

8. It made me smile

when last night, I was watching an HGTV show called "Collector Inspector." The "inspector" was in a guy's house appraising his collections and spotted White House Easter eggs. The owner of the eggs said "that was a GOOD president," with emphasis of the word good. Inspector said, "yes, that WAS a good president." Then came a close-up of the wooden eggs. They were dated 1996, 1997, and 1998. I KNEW I liked the "collector inspector" fellow. The way the words were emphasized, it was obvious they were comparing the present president to the last one.

10. I still expect to see Bush win by a razor-thin Diebold margin.

UNLESS the electronic voting scam starts getting alot more national attention. In 2004 we may see what being marginalized REALLY means. Call me paranoid.

But I agree- every single person I know who was a Bush supporter is now either against him, or unwilling to defend him.

Diebold will f*ck us. Think about it for a minute. If 3 million people without a job were allowed to have their votes counted, then the money would not continue to go where it is going now. They want to make sure the money keeps going to the Carlyle group, Halliburton, and all the other piece of shit repuke organizations. On top of that I haven't heard even one Dem candidate running for President even mention the electronic vote stealing. Have you ?
