Fascism Comes to America Like the Chill of Autumn

This Moscow Times article by Chris Floyd is almost 2 years old,
But closer to the truth than ever to the state
of Bush's Amerika.

-------------------------

Fascism Will Come to America Like the Chill of Autumn

"As in Rome, all the old forms will still be there: legislatures, elections, campaigns - plenty of bread and circuses for the folks. But the 'consent of the governed' will no longer apply; actual control of the state will have passed to a small group of nobles who rule largely for the benefit of their wealthy peers and corporate patrons...there will be factional conflicts among this elite, and a degree of free debate will be permitted; but no one outside the privileged circle will be allowed to govern or influence state policy. Dissidents will be marginalized - usually by 'the people' themselves. Deprived of historical knowledge by an impoverished educational system designed to produce complacent consumers, not thoughtful citizens, and left ignorant of current events by a media devoted solely to profit, many will internalize the force-fed values of the ruling elite, and act accordingly. There will be little need for overt methods of control."

Arnold winning in California really hurt. I mean, it really hurt.

2. the critical electiion is 2004
Let me explain why, there is still a lot of fighting

Hell three states said no to the unpatriotic act!

What will probably bring them down is the hubris they have
excibited.

Problem is, if it is here to stay, it will be a very long night.

7. Arnold did'nt win
He was placed there by the Media. And if you think that Davis & Bustamonte weren't either threatened or paid off to keep their mouths shut....just look at what transpired over the last few weeks. They held their fire at almost every opportunity.

friggin almost everyone of his movies is about the end of Days...must be what the people want...

"Fascism Has Come to America Like the Chill of Autumn"...it's here already, I feel it in my bones....backed up with the obvious facts.

>>>>As in Rome, all the old forms will still be there: legislatures, elections, campaigns - plenty of bread and circuses for the folks. But the 'consent of the governed' will no longer apply;<<<<<<
Electronic Voting Machines? It doesn't matter who we vote for...they have it taken care of. They don't need our consent to be in office, very simple....control the voting machines.

>>>>actual control of the state will have passed to a small group of nobles who rule largely for the benefit of their wealthy peers and corporate patrons...<<<<

Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Perle, Wolfowitz and others of the cabal.

>>>>there will be factional conflicts among this elite, and a degree of free debate will be permitted; but no one outside the privileged circle will be allowed to govern or influence state policy.<<<<

Done. Florida, Ca., Texas and Philly? There will be more. Mayor Daley, BEWARE!

>>>>Dissidents will be marginalized - usually by 'the people' themselves. <<<<

We are kept BLOCKS away from the Fuhrer. "You're either with us or against us." "You're unpatriotic if you don't goosestep behind the Fuhrer." Here's where Rush Limbaugh has laid his mouth...his sheeple trying to silence anyone who is a dissenter. They wrpped themselves in OUR flag and tried to take away our "right" to it.

>>>>Deprived of historical knowledge by an impoverished educational system designed to produce complacent consumers, not thoughtful citizens,<<<<

No child left behind....has left ALL chilren behind by underfunding our states. Perfect...they will be too stupid to ask questions.

>>>> left ignorant of current events by a media devoted solely to profit, many will internalize the force-fed values of the ruling elite, and act accordingly<<<<

We're there. CNN, FAUX NEWS, MSNBC....constant White House babble, get the WH candidate of choice elected by non-stop positive rhetoric. ALL White House, ALL the time. Rhetoric, rhetoric, rhetoric. Spoon feed the sheeple.
