Ok, I see Chimpy looking constipated and an eagle looking a whole lot more intelligent and resolute than his buddy to his right. What in hell is going on in the lower right-hand corner? I know what it looks like, but it makes no sense.

9. What's that on the eagle's neck?

Just below the red stripe it looks like maybe a hand like Dubya has his arm around the eagle? Or maybe it is an ear but it isn't connected to a head.

Those little dark figures? Those are American school kids pledging the flag. They are wearing their special protective sun barriers to protect them because the Bush environmental policies allowed polluting industries to eat away all the ozone layer. Notice how the atmosphere is all red and smokey? The face shields also serve as air filtration devices. They really need to put their eye shields back on. But aren't they cute little tykes?

I couldn't figure out what they were supposed to be so I made up something.

The dark figures are sitting in a stadium. The white thing across the head is the little white plastic strip on the back of a baseball cap to adjust the size.

I still don't understand the thing under the eagles neck. It looks like bound hands. Is that the law and order the GOP stands for? The prompt arrest of people who out CIA operatives, or the arrest of Enron top officials.
