8. It's #4 on Amazon.com
... so you'll probably see it on NY Times list next week.

Stupid White Men is still on the list, at #31.

3. LOLOLOLOL
I've noticed on PBS that a lot of the companies that fund the programs are oil companies and Bioengineering companies like Monsato, etc. Do they influence the type of programming?

13. Not as bad as mainstream media
A majority (ie 51%+ but I don't have the exact number in front of me right now) of funding still comes from foundations, charities and yes...

Viewers like you... :)

Public telivision and radio tends to be left leaning for presisley the reason that they are less (I do not say they were not at all, but less) controled by corporate interestes.

6. Letting down the American people?
Edited on Sun Oct-12-03 12:43 AM by Uroboros
Well let's see. Pigboy Rush, Coulter, O'Reily himself and lest we forget; the biggest letdown of them all, Bush.

Though I'm guessing you won't find any of them in his book.

7. kind of amusing since Terri Gross gave O'Reilly plenty of rope..
...on her "Fresh Air" show last week, which he promptly used to hang himself.

The man's exposure as an egotistical bully and loudmouth continues apace.

He honestly goes out of his way to avoid saying the name of Al Franken and Jeremy Glick. It's almost like he believes there's some kind of hoodoo/obieah/santeria curse on him that gains strength whenever he says those names.

didja see the story, think there was a link posted here earlier, about the group that borrowed Pat Robertson's tactic and held a public prayer service asking God to kill O'Reilly? Riotously funny.

If there's one thing Dems haven't lost - it's our sense of humor.

10. but, but, but
I heard O'Shrilly claim HIS book would be #1 this week......once again the liberal media is "clamping down" on all those who purport to tell the "truth" to the "people".

This ranking would indicate that readers are somewhat interested in Bile's tale of "Living With Herpes". :P

11. Copy of People Magazine Review
Hey guys, I've been looking EVERYWHERE for a copy/ transcript/ duplication of the infamous O'Reilly book critique that the woman on NPR kept trying to read while O'Reilly had a Sh*t fit. Does anyone have a copy of it or link?

I want to read what People Mag wrote about the dirt bag.

Just gonna bump this and ask the question one last time...

Does anyone know where I can find (link) a copy or post a copy of the People Mag's critique of O"reilly's "Who's looking out for you" book? That'd be awesome, I've been looking everywhere for it. Thanks.

21. Bill secretly loves Frankin!
First, they sue him and give him loads of free publicity and now O'Lielly repeatedly talks about Al's book on Fresh Air!

Al should dedicate his next book to Bill in and ironic gratitude. :)

If he didn't he wouldn't mention him every second he had the chance. Al is always up for discussion.. Bill might as well just own up and say it "I love you Al"
