Rove was 'in the clear'?

Right...the investigation is ONGOING...even if Rove isn't indicted TODAY, doesn't mean he won't be.

We need a 'spin' smilie...

5. Do you think these are leaks galore or that the media is just
about tripping over themselves in their feeding frenzy?

2:00 PM can not come fast enough.

8. I'd guess these are spins from Rove's legal team
Fitzgerald will want to get something worth a deal. We can assume that evidence of additional crimes would be worth a deal and would require some more time for Fitzgerald to run them down and get them through the GJ.

9. The operative word is "TODAY"
Every headline I saw said, "Rove not to be indicted today. "Today" was always part of the sentence.

I think there's a lot more going on than we even suspect...

11. Any bets? Next time some foreign leader dies, Cheney off to funeral
(so long as it isn't in France) in record time? And maybe he'll sorta miss his flight back to the US?

Bags probably already packed and waiting by his front door just waiting for an excuse to boogie outta Dodge and count his pieces of silver on some beach, far far away.

14. but...
Couldn't that foreign country turn him over to the world court for war crimes?

I don't think he is safe anywhere except in his undisclosed location.
