10. And it is now less than 100 minutes to the release of the papers
that Fitzgerald has prepared for the public.

Very Very little time.

3. He's probably trying to cut a deal
In the end, he may not be indicted...because he'll plead for a lesser charge in order to testify against someone else.

11. Try to have some faith here, Fitz has been working on this for two years
and I don't think with that much of his lifetime wrapped up in this that he is going to let anyone off.

13. The headlines say: "Rove will Not Be Indicted Today"
Yes, I realize that "Today" is the key word, but it's a tough pill to swallow!

12. Justice Moves Slowly
Everyone expects a Perry Mason moment here. Sorry...real life isn't so episodical.

Fitzgerald is conducting a careful and thorough investigation. This doesn't come together like some script where all the conspiracies and participants fit into easily defined roles. If anything, the deeper he looks, the more confusing things are that need to be straightened out. Look at how conspiracy games play out on here...the longer they hang out there, the more cobwebs they grow.

I've pointed out that Miller's notebook seems to have kicked this investigation back into action. That was the first real new evidence in this case as was her testimony (or non-testimony) along with that of Cooper.

What Dr. Fitzgerald appears to be offering patient Rove is a diagnoisis that the nasty cough Karl has could be cancer, but the X-Rays are inconclusive...he needs to do more tests.

14. Leaves him twisting in the wind

That is a horror house location for Rove, who wanted to smirk with pleasure today.

He is not off clean.

This may work in a better way in the long run.

Bush should get him out of the WH now, but he won't.
