1. why are Canadian freepers
so interested in US right wing politics? I noticed this site offers a stream to the Pigboy show, so when does Pigboy EVER mention Canadian politics? And what's with "Why We Went To War." Canada didn't go to war.

This site looks like it's right out of Freeper USA land. They must be going nuts since Liberals control Canada.

4. Not a surprise.
The answer is as easy as what Big Busines does to the USA, it is attempting to do to Canada. I recall reading, a number of years ago, that the Heritage Institute is investing heavily in Canada. They have sponsored a speaker's bureau sening US right wingers to Canada, trying to change attitudes up there.
Remember, Alberta is full of oil barron interests, beckoning the US right( big business) to come take us over. I recall this article was in the Nation several years ago. Other attempts to influence Canada. They have established a right wing rag( newspaper) to compete with Canada's independent press. It is based in Toronto, forget its name.It is a regular Murdock style paper, targeting The Globe and Mail as Canada's National newspaper.
With Nafta screwing around with Canada's independence, is this any surprise..
When Canada changes its' strict control over how many dollars can be spent on a MP's running for Parlianment; then you will know Canada is completely gone. Last I knew an MP can not spend more than 40,000 dollars Canadian, in an election. Can you imagine that. In the US, it costs more than that to run for City Council seat , in a small sized town.

5. in addition
One time I was surfing Bahamian internet sources. I found such a freeper site in Nassau, of all places.. That should not be a surprise either... Think about all the Western Banking interests in Nassau.

2. The Tories did really well in Ontario Province
NOT... they lost 30 seats two weeks ago, ending an 8 year reign of conservative ideology in the province, and putting the liberal party back in charge for good.

With the Liberals in firm control of Ontario (Used to be 10 seat disadvantage but is now 30 seat advantage) the national party and the province parties (Liberal) now OWN friggin Canada.

3. Yet another fear-themed DU thread
I imagine member of DU trembling behind their keyboards like scared rabbits. If we're going to beat Bushco, we have to get a little backbone here.
