How does the Press Know Rove Will Not be Indicted today?
Patrick Fitzgerald, the special prosecutor in the CIA leak probe, plans to ask a grand jury to indict Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, a lawyer involved in the case told CNN today. President Bush's top political strategist Karl Rove will not be indicted today, but is not out of legal jeopardy, according to sources. Fitzgerald is expected to hold a news conference at 2 p.m.

Is there a leak in the Prosecutor's staff?
If Fitzgerald is as good as they say, and keeps
things under wraps, how does the press know
that Karl Rover will NOT be indicted today?

A true Doppelganger would be for Rove to be indicted
along with Dick Cheney

The greatness of evil lies in its awful accuracy. Without that deadly talent for being in the right place at the right time, evil must suffer defeat. For unlike its opposite, good, evil is allowed no human failings, no miscalculations. Evil must be perfect... or depend upon the imperfections of others

4. I assume it's just what Rove and Libby's lawyers have told them...

If Fitz's ship is as tight as everyone says it is, then it would have to be info from the defense side only so far.

It makes me think of the old line:
How do you know who your daddy is? Your momma told you so.

Let's wait and see what Fitz says.
