What's the legal penalty for perjury in a case like this?

I realized I've been so focused on just getting these criminals OUT that I have not thought at all about what might happen should they be convicted.

1. I've heard on CNN that it's up to 5 years in prison.

Multiple counts are to be served consecutively with other crimes.

This is from the U.S. Code of Law, Title 18.

If Libby is found guilty of 1 count of Perjury, 1 count of Obstruction, he will do a maximum of 10 years.

If he is indicted and found guilty for violating the Indetity Protection act of 1982 (under USC Title 50), that is a felony. Sentancing guidelines, depending on the severity of the leak, could be as little as 5 years in prison or as much as a life sentence (depending on the repurcussions of the leak).
