12. The reporters are doing far better than I expected and Fitz is correct

to play it so close to the vest.

I realize it is frustrating, but...

The reporters are asking questions that Fitz can't answer. Legally can't answer. That isn't because they are out of practice, they are asking questions they know their readers/listeners want answered. They are putting questions out there for people to ponder. Which is a very good thing!

Fitzgerald is doing the appropriate thing by staying strictly within his jurisdiction and responsibility. By refraining from extraneous comments he avoids accusations of political motives.

The unanswerable questions and non-answers are exactly what we want to hear.
