Edited on Sun Oct-12-03 09:48 AM by cthrumatrix
This was known ahead of the election. Seems like a fair question since the state is $38B in the hole.

Seems like a fair question...Cruz and Davis and the state of calif. are suing to "recover" being gouged by the energy compaines that overcharged.

Arnie's position is coming out through his aides...and it "appears" he does not favor litigation.

I wonder why???? (we know why...this is what is campaign was all about...dropping the $9B lawsuit and deregualtion AGAIN)

1. Enron is apparently not to be discussed at all
no body mentioned it in the debates, either. Arrianna, especially, should have said SOMETHING!!
