Anyone who votes for a 3rd party candidate gives a vote to Bush...and the blood is on their hands. I have already stopped speaking to relatives and friends who voted for Nader and Bush in 2000, and my son and stepson are possibly going to be called up in this debacle of a "war". I consider anyone who voted for a 3rd party candidate in 2000, 2002, or for Bush, as much as a murderer as the Bush regime itself, and just as guilty of allowing the coup d'etat of the United States, and the murder of our soldiers and the citizens of Iraq.
Let them live with the guilt. I like Michael Moore, but I doubt I can forgive him for backing Nader, and I will never forgive Nader for what happened.

6. Hi Mari333 it's not easy to get into Canada but it's not impossible

either. You just need a skill of some-kind like a Nurse, or Electrician
or Carpenter or some other trade. Then if you can get a friend or relative or employer to sponsor you. Basically signing a document that states you will not be a drain on the system or apply for Government help for x amount of time.

On the other hand if you have $200,000 to invest in Canada or to start your own business your in. I know the rich get richer...

They are absolutely desperate for skilled Nurses in Canada.

Ideals are just dandy. Reality is that voting for a 3rd party candidate is a vote for Bush, and was a vote for Bush, and , deluded as the people were who voted for 3rd party candidates, or maybe they were idealistic and kids, who knows..they can either look in the mirror and say "I helped Bush get in office with my vote" or not..

The real evil is Bush and the adversaries in the 2000 debacle were Ketherine'n'Jeb, the Stuporeme Court, and Al Gore's LACKLUSTRE CAMPAIGN. The Green party is a fringe crackpot party, I'm constantly amazed at how much consideration they're given around here when things go bad, yet how everybody otherwise ignores them during times of "we should try to convince the Greens to vote Dem again" - but then, a healthy viewpoint is a rarity anywhere in this country. :-(

16. Not all voters are yellow dog Democrats and/or

have taken the ABB pledge. If there are candidates who are good with crossover voters and/or attracting new voters, and are in the top tier (money raised and organization), then those folks need to be nominated and encouraged to run as Prez and VP.

I think most of us here at DU would be really disappointed if we had to hold our noses and vote for Liberman, when we have other godd candidates who are attracting non traditional Dem voters.
