MI National Guard Units: Keep them Home (help)
Edited on Mon Oct-13-03 12:08 PM by Mari333
I sure would appreciate it if any of you could contact Sen Carl Levins office and just state that the Michigan National Guard Reserves should NOT be sent overseas, and should be allowed to stay home ...thank you.

2. Save Private Mari333!
Not quite as catchy a title, but the sentiments are the same. Is MI a red or blue state? I'm in Florida and it sounds like our state got hit pretty hard. I wonder why?

3. National Guard Server at the Pleasure of the Governor.....
...who is a democrat. Michigan is, by the way, a swing state. It voted blue in the last election, if only because of the poor quality of candidates offered in the last election cycle.

5. Governors do not call up the NGs for wars.
