1. It was broadcast here, in East Tennessee on Jim Lehrer Newshour
It was very good and very informative. Also, some information about the potential for new media that isn't focused to right-wing views.

2. Great segment, don't miss it.
the top 45 Talk radio shows supply 310 hours of right wing rap to a total of only 5 hours of liberal talk.

looking for the transcript now

It was great except they seemed to give Rush a lot of credit for the last few repub. election wins. Well, yes & of course owning the machines that count most of the votes doesn't hurt any.

At The end Jim comes on & says BTW Rush admitted to drugs & his show is curently off the air.

3. Sounds about right.
310 hours of RW drivel = 5 hours of liberal talk.

I think this was in Einstein's Relativity footnotes. One of his lesser known theorums.

4. Here are a couple links
this is the PBS sight

The Right Talk
Increasing numbers of Americans are turning their
radio dials to the right. Conservative commentators
dominate the airwaves and strikingly outnumber their
liberal counterparts. Terence Smith reports on the
rise of right-wing radio and its influence over its
audience in America.
