No More. I remember the Miller I saw in 1992 at the Dem Convention. And then I see the Miller of today and I cringe. I really do.

I haven't figured out what will happen with Zell because I do not know enough about his benefactors and who owes him enough to offer a favor.

A lot of good questions from his constituents follow. They're clearly skeptical about Dubya's Iraq obsession.

Then...

None of the above in any way should be interpreted as my backing down in my support of the president's effort. His position and his principles have already made the case with me. I write this in the spirit of trying to get a better explanation for the folks back home and the folks across Middle America. Those folks who love their country very much and who respect their President, but who need a few more answers.

What is that, anyway? A person that calls themself a Democrat but votes republican?

I really don't get it; I never got Zell Miller. He has the worst voting record of any Democrat. Some republicans have better voting records I believe.

So now the transformation is complete...The only vote I ever regret casting was for Miller when he ran for governor in 96. I remember it was a VERY close race, and he lobbied the black dem voting bloc and black churches hard, using scare tactics about how the right-wing Guy Millner(?) was a closet racist and would make it open season on black folks...Now he's the first person Bush counts on every time when he needs someone to cross the party line for a crucial vote in the senate, and the last person who would show any loyalty to the party or the people who got him elected...Zell, please go kill youself...
