Ashcroft rebuke by Supreme Court re: medical marijuana use
The Supreme Court refused to hear the bush administration whine about states rights when it comes to medical marijuana laws. Stick that up your ass Mr. Asscroft!!!!!!

3. The problem is
...that this case involves only the right of doctors to talk to their patients about the use of medical marijuana. There is still no easing of the stupid Federal law against acutally using the drug under any and all circumstances.

Can anyone say "Tantalus?"

5. Isn't it ironic . . .
or moronic that the most debiltating drug of all is perfectly legal and readily consumed? I'm talking about alchohol. The times in my life that I've been completely blown out of my mind have been booze induced.

Coming of age in the 60's, I tried pretty much all the mind altering substances and I can tell you from experience, that booze will get you more fucked up by orders of magnitude than anything out there. In my youth, I can remember driving home from a bar or club so drunk that I had to close one eye to see straight. It's a wonder I didn't kill someone or myself.

And pot isn't even a drug! It's a relatively benign herb that gets you mellow and feeling good.

The so called "War on Drugs" is yet another failed attempt by our government to try to legislate morality. Give it up assholes.
