Will Rush's boss make him do random drug testing?

Do they make other employees do it now? I am not clear on what entity constitues his "boss" - is it Clear Channel?
My point - if they do it on others - shouldn't they do it on him? Does his hundreds of millions $ contract have a morals or drug clause? Can this be discovered?
