bad name, bad marketing. Democratic underground implies ideas not overground, in the dark before birth, on planet-inspiration as opposed to an actual party conference of registered democrats. Candidates and voters can read this site without fear of being branded by concepts and views that may be politically damaging in a world looking for "anti-american" sentiment. Here we can test ideas and vent feelings without getting our car's keyed, and our noses punched by violent bully americans.

Better URL's might be DeanDemocrats.com, or PresidentDean.com... or my favorite: PresidentDennis.com :-)

I got my Democratic underground bumper sticker on my car... and geez, i'm the only car with a bumper sticker in north scotland.... all the better to be branded with what is good about america... plus the sticker looks great on a black car.

Dennis rocks. I hope one day to meet him, shake his hand and wish him well in person... I wonder, were i a good enough fiction writer to author such a novel, what "dennis kucinich's presidency" would read like... next to the UN universal declaration of human rights, it would probably be one of the most inspiring pieces of secular political literature.

Everyone i know in scotland hates bush... and nobody knows the dem candidates. My postal ballot registration is in... Dennis kucinich is getting votes even in the highlands... a real highland william wallace without need for a big sword.

The stars are all out and the cliffs of orkney (hoy) are visible in the moonlight. In the electric highland night, kucinich reigns supreme...
