Did anyone see Thursday's Frontline on PBS about Lackawanna ?

A lot of discussion about the Lackawanna Muslims and the mosque and the people from it who are currently under arrest.

A lot on their pilgrimage to Pakistan/Afghanistan and their weapons training at al-Qaeda camps in Afghanistan that they don't want to talk about. They always typified their trips as visits solely to religious schools in Pakistan only.

At the end of the show they got into this one character that was killed in a Predator drone missle attack in Yemen. He was among 6 killed there, and he was a US citizen under investigation along with these other muslims from Lackawanna. I can't really recall his name, started with a 'D' I think.

Frontline investigators were talking to several FBI agents who got REAL quiet, as did TOM RIDGE, when this guy's name and death in the Predator attack in Yemen was mentioned. The Fibbies would neither confirm or deny that he was still under investigation. RIDGE would not actually admit this guy was the primary target in that Predator attack.

They played the clip from Juniors* SOTU speech where he speaks of certain people 'no longer being a problem'.

The FBI guys seemed really uncomfortable in the knowledge that a citizen, regardless of how bad he may be did not appear to get due process in this case. Makes you wonder about how many more we do not know about. Any chance there could be others who were not really as 'bad' as this dude, but are currently just as dead? Junior* did seem to refer to them in the plural.

I didn't see the Frontline but I can imagine that there are a few FBI guys a bit uncomfortable with the BFEE's tendency to "shoot first and ask questions later."

Does the rule of law only apply when it's conveeeeeeeeenient?
