Some people might be more impressed by a textfile of his program.

I like his show.

9. The grocery strike is really a health care system problem
But nobody is willing to say it.

The system rides on, gaining mass with each step.

Important listening.

11. Oh Jeez!!!!
I was listening to KNRC, here in Colorador, while washing the dishes. Here's the url http://www.knrcradio.com/default.asp Anyhow, not nearly as good as listening about Palast.

The only decent thing is that Alan Colmes is going to have Bernie Ward on as a guest tonight. I can't hanlde Colmes but if Bernie is going to be on, well...

That's the one. I couldn't remember the report part in her site address. I've been to her site in the past and enjoyed it. I will spend some time there again because I like her style of writing.

http://www.yuricareport.com

Thanks again...

on edit: the article I was looking for, Updates on the Governor-Elect, is on her front page and is a good read about Arnold and his intent to settle lawsuits (Enron et al) for pennies on the dollar. Even quotes Brother Bernie in it!

18. That deserves its own thread! OMG
Possible headline: Rico laws, Enron, and Ah-nuld -- When does the "deal" occur?

Maybe investigative reporting isn't dead in the USA.

19. If you click the link about the two riots....
it's interesting. She talks about the Brooks Brothers Riot. I may have read about that in the book Bush's Brain about Karl Rove. They referred to it as the Brooks Brothers Protestors. The authors said that the RNC paid big money to finance their trip down there and for the accommodatons. They flew down in two planes - one owned by Enron and one owned by Halliburton.

22. A close relative was asked by Dem officials to go to Florida...
...in November of 2000.

No plane tix, no hotel, no food. Hardly a way to attract capable attorneys with a fire to go but lacking $$$.

Repugs had a lot more money, used it more "creatively" and more quickly.

Seems like the Repugs had the scene that played out as a basic part of their options.
