A good example of Divisive Clark vs. Dean Rovian tactics
Edited on Sat Oct-18-03 04:23 PM by mot78
Although it's not as bad as push-polling, I remember that on the day of Clark's Meet the Press interview, the Clark Yahoo group was flooded by people claiming to be Dean-supporters. One of the trolls said something like (and I'm not sure if this is exactly how he said it) "good luck with your campaign, I mean draft. You might as well quit and support a winner"
The Freepers will try anything to divide our party, be it push-polling NH residents, or trolling on a Clark blog or a Dean blog. Whatever we say about us, we can't fall for their divisive flame-bait.

1. They really want to
Can't they just get a life?

Are there a lot of them at the Clark blog? We have these trolls that are on our blog...they are "me", "pickleface", and "GhOsToFmCgOvErN".

2. "Me" was trolling the other day
I don't read Clark's blog regularly, but I read it often enough to know what's going on.

4. "Me" was cut and pasting the same garbage...
...to both the Dean and Clark blogs and just changing the names (from Dean to Clark and Clark to Dean)...really pathetic desperate tactics from the Bushies...

its really sad that most of the attraction to dean is electability. or atleast that seems to be the "trump" issue.

there is a saying that the it is the guiltiest voice that protests the loudest. there would be no need for harrassing clark, kerry, kucinich, or any other supporters if there wasnt something that they are hiding. and my experiences seem to show that critical mass tactics are more important than the actual issues for the supporters that i have seen in the real world.

editted for grammar. fingers faster than brain.

9. Is that why kerry supporters harrass Dean Supporters
with "waffles"?

6. Did Rove or the Freepers make Gen Clark say
"I tremendously admire, and I think we all should, the great work done by our commander-in-chief, our president, George Bush,"

What great work has that fucking treasonous bastard done?? And indeed, if Clark thinks he's doing such a damn good job, why would he want to replace the moron??

Clark said the words. Nobody put them in his mouth. Rove and the Freepers might do all they can to derail Democratic candidates, but this is one you can't blame on them.

there are very good reasons for not wanting to support any of the candidates (depending on your political views) but resorting to the *nasally* youre gonna loooo-oosse is childish and devisive. i believe that is the point of the original post.

8. Clark said the words.
He even made another speech in January 2002, when the smoke was still rising over the World Trade Center, supporting the President and the administration in the invasion of Afghanistan. The overwhelming majority of Americans were of similar minds.

Wes Clark's clear inability to see the future, or to read minds, is clearly working against him getting the nomination.

That's pretty much a shame, because if Clark is not nominated, and everything does not play out the way the true beleivers think it will over the next year, George Bush will be reelected President.

And won't that be wonderful?

Shallow. How about you look up the date of that quote.
