Bush's "spirit" cursed with black magic, tossed into Thai river

BANGKOK (AFP) - US President George W. Bush (news - web sites) has been trapped in a clay pot and tossed into a river in northern Thailand -- or at least his spirit has after being cursed by hundreds of farmers protesting US agriculture policy.

A photograph of the US leader was sealed inside a pot amid black magic mantra chants, then tossed into the Ping River Friday by demonstrators after they rallied at the US consulate in Chiang Mai, a farm group leader said.

"This is a traditional northern Thai ceremony aimed at keeping his spirit down on the riverbed so he could not come and exploit our natural resources or suppress our (farming) brothers with his superior influence," Weerasak Wan-ubol, an executive of the Northern Farmers Alliance, told AFP Saturday.

The 300 protesters, claiming to represent 20,000 members from seven northern provinces, railed against imminent plans for a free-trade agreement between Thailand and the United States.

Mine won't hurt him because I only asked for the TRUTH to come out. The truth hurts none, so they say. Now how people respond to that truth is another story entirely ;). Just exposing him isn't harmful to him though, and he hasn't actually been "hurt" by my spell yet, I don't think.

It could be argued that you're causing harm in the same sense that a "love spell" would cause harm: you're trying to affect the mental process of the target.

I would argue, however, that the good that would result from doing so would outweigh the harm that comes from it directly, and therefore that push is the path of least harm.

such a thing as black magic, you can bet it's being practiced in support of the shrub, even he if he himself thinks he's God's gift to the world.
Seems to me this would call for the counteractive energies of "good" magic; peace, love, compassion and other attributes of the light.
Put in these terms,there can be no doubt that the BFEE is in league with the 'dark side'.

I have no doubt that Bush has already assured his place in the darkness somewhere, be it a murky riverbed or another creation of his own cruel and heartless thought forms.
