If Election Tampering And Fraud Were Discovered AFTER The Inauguration
and it turns out that the other candidate would have been president... then what?

Would it be too late? Are 'certified' results always 'certified' even if fraud is proved after the fact?

Would we be able to see the actual winner inaugurated as president? Or would the USSC step in again and find some "equal protection" BS to keep the losing candidate in office?

Just thinking out loud. But I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility. --- The fraud is a given... only thing doubtful is being able to prove it.

1. Fraud already has been proven in FL
Makes no difference. We are stuck with the coup.

2. Good question. I think it goes like this:
1.) If you could PROVE fraud on a magnitude to affect the election, then the candidate could be removed. I think this happened in the Miami mayoral race. State by state election laws may differ.

--- BUT ----

2.) After the election is certified, all the proof is locked away tight. We have tried many Freedom of Information requests and so far, nothing. Currently, the only way what paper trail there is gets reviewed is when the race is close - like within 1/2 %.

Moral of the story: If you cheat, cheat big and you will almost NEVER get caught.

3. Constitutionally...
...once Congress certifies the results, there is no recourse, nor any way to change the results.

The only mechanism that would install the winner would be for the 'elected' vice-president to resign, the 'elected' president to appoint the winner as vice president, subject to congressional consent, the 'elected' president to resign, and the real winner to succede to the presidency, whereupon he nominates the real vice president as vice president subject to congressional consent.

One hopes that a president who was elected as a result of manifest fraud would be impeached if he refused to step down.

One hopes.....

5. Lacking Their Cooperation... Even then... by impeaching the fraud...
... we would be treated to a succession of frauds as each one moved up the chain.

4. Nothing happens....
Just like in the State of Georgia. We could walk into a courtroom with rock hard evidence and the 2002 election would not be overturned.

If that happened, the State of Georgia would be thrown into a constitutional crisis. All bills signed by the (fraudulent) Governor would be illegal. Anything done, signed or authorized by him would be overturned and illegal - appointments, contracts, letters, documents.

There simply isn't a judge on the face of the planet who would do that. The cost to the citizens would be too great.
