Who is radio host Mike McConnell?

Accidently came across his show tonight on our local "Rush" station (Clear Channel of course). He's not a screamer from what I've heard...was talking about the flat tax and how he thinks it's fair. Didn't hear enough for his rationale...

What are some good flat-tax discussion sites? Or maybe some threads here...I've seen a few but never bookmarked them.

But seriously, a flat tax is one in which everyone, regardless of income, is taxed at the same percentage. Proponents of flat taxes usually argue against any deductions as well.
