What political subscriptions do you have?
What political publications do you subscribe to? I'm excluding newspapers, US News and World Report, Time, and Newsweek.

Me:

(1) The New Republic
(2) Salon.com

Considering getting an American Prospect, and Foreign Affairs subscription.

4. The Nation is the one I like best
Times and News week. I have let them all go as I like the PC better, and will just keep those three for now. I do still like Progessive and Mother Jones and will read them here.

7. Only what I get for free
AMPOL, Zepp, Gene Lyons' latest, Rack Jite, the newsletter that comes from Moveon.org, and of course Kucinich. That's enough to keep me busy reading a lot of the time, plus whatever you good-natured generous folks post here on DU.

8. Harper's.
Thats all I get. Very good political essays in there, its an entertaining/interesting read. I decided to get a subscription (after never reading a single issue of the magazine) after seeing Lewis Lapham, an editor and writer for Harpers, on the Daily Show. He intelligently conveyed everything I feel about the Bush administration.

11. The Texas Observer
"Sharp reporting & commentary from the strangest state in the Union."

http://texasobserver.org

Molly Ivins & Jim Hightower have regular columns. The archives are fairly extensive.

And, yes, they do need subscribers!
