With both windows and realplayer I get the message 'This station has reached its maximum capacity.'

What does this mean?

9. Am I the only one who has a buffering problem?

I'm running Windows XP and I go into the buffering mode about every 2 minutes. I have both Windows Media and Real Network. Is there anything I can do? I get so frustrated.
