Kerry on Hardball
Hey, Kerry is on Hardball right now. He just said something like, "Hey, God bless you, but sometimes MAN, you have to realize the world is complicated."
It was cool. The use of the word man just clicked with me. He changed from passive to this fighting fellow. He is doing a good job.

1. I like Kerry

I'll support him if he's the Democratic nominee. I can't stand Chris Matthews, but I'm watching because I want to hear the Dem candidates speak in something other than 10 second sound bytes.

3. Kerry can't get passive- this is good to see
IF Kerry gets the nominee (a big IF, but still a possibility), the attacks from the Bush Machine will be relentless. He, or any other canidate, must not do what Dukakis did in '88- and that is be passive to attacks from the other camp.
Kerry is a pitbull when needed. IMHO, it's what seperates him from the other canidates. He doesn't come off arrogant or too mean spirited; he comes off with just the right amount of anger.

4. "Unlike him I'm going to fight
And I'm going to show him I know a little something about aircraft carriers!"

5. Remember
While Bush & co was AWOL and snorting coke back in the 70's and 80's, Kerry was fighting in Vietnam.
Bush is a pathetic man compared to Kerry and Clark.

6. Kerry started on a roll and Matthews cut to commercial
Kerry was spitting fire about really knowing what an aircraft carrier is like and Matthews went to commerical right when Kerry was rippin Dubya a new orifice. Hardball's producers are probably Repubs.
