Rummy press conference re: Boykin

He was asked about his verbal support for Gen. Boykins, essentially, "How can you keep a man on your staff whose views are so diametrically opposed to the President's views and yours?" (yeah right, hope that was sarcastic.)

Rummy responded:
Lie #1: I appreciate the question
Lie #2:"The President's views and my views are that this is not a war on religion"
Lie #3: "I have not see General Boykin's comments" (WHAAAA?)
Bizarre Comment, on top of the lie : "I've since seen one of the network tapes, and it had a lot of very difficult to understand words, with subtitles, which I was not able to verify."

I can see how these words are kind of big and hard to understand.

5. Apparently Boykin has requested a review

by the Inspector General.

Whatever the hell that means.

3. This General is a loony RW nut (see this from today's Post:)

I've always thought that Rumsfeld was the worst thing about Bush being elected.
