Will the Supreme Court enact judicial review of the Patriot Act?

It is an invested power of the Supreme Court to review, and oftentimes overturn, legislation passed by Congress as unconstitutional. With the obvious constitutional contradictions within the Patriot Act, will the Supreme Court review the document? Or simply wait for an appeal from a lower court?
