Take from this what you may. This guy is a columnist at my campus newspaper. His columns have become increasingly hilarious with each word he has typed. In my view, no one could be more effective at illustrating the faults in republican ideology to the students of NIU than this guy.
Anyway..here's a few snippets for you:

God did put George W. Bush in the presidency “for such a time as this.” Gore did win the popular vote. And Florida was the war between “darkness” and “light.” And “light” came out victorious when Bush became president.

Or this
(snip)
For Bill Clinton is primarily responsible for 9-11.
In 1996 and 2000, Clinton failed to capture the enemy, Osama bin Laden–– the man behind 9-11,------ when he had the chance.
His reason?
He didn't have enough “evidence” to prosecute the terrorist.
Were the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the 1998 bombing of American embassies in Africa not enough for Mr. Clinton? Perhaps they were, but Clinton was too busy fondling Monica Lewinsky to fight terrorism in the first place.
Yes, God put Bush in the White House.
He knew Bush would destroy the enemy. Bush would do whatever was necessary to protect American lives from the enemy, Muslim extremists.
(end)
I would hope any halfway sane individual would be able to immediately poke the holes in these little beliefs of his. You know things like, if God put Bush in office, why did 9.11 happen in the first place? Or, if God put Bush in office, why is Bin Ladin still alive, why is Hussein still alive, why can't we find Iraqi WMD, or why are so many other nations with large Christian populations so at odds with us now? Or most importantly, why can't God find a man who is competent enough to eat pretzels without choking, or ride a segway without falling, or speak without drooling?
