Is the trust relationship breaking down in the Pentagon?

I know this is from Fox News, but they do have exclusive access to the Pentagon. Apparently, they are saying that the Rumsfield Memo was leaked and it was only circulated amongst four people - Myers, Wolfowitz, Gen. Peter Pace, and Douglas Feith.

The question is - who is the one that released it to the press???

1. Rummy leaked his own memo to make the rest of the admin look stupid. They have stripped him of his power and he is pissed.


2. CIA leaked the memo as a means to make the Admin look awful as a means of revenge for the Wilson leak.
