This was a despicable act in that they gave no thought to Nancy Reagan and how this would make her feel. It should not have been done if for no other reason that this one. This program is a cruel thing.

I am so filled with resentment for Barbra's hand behind this travesty starring her stupid (for real, very stupid) dimwitted boy toy I could choke. If that hideous woman (also for real) were dying of thirst and I had the only glass of water, well...:-)

I believe in fighting fire with fire. We should solicit funds to produce a docudrama about CBS news, that protrays the anchors and executives as perverts, whores, dullards, and etc. Perhaps a scene where a group of them gang rape a 12 year old. The docudrama would point out some of their good qualities, of course, for balance.

10. Congressman Micky Cantor on Buchanan & Press threatened CBS' LICENSE

On Buchanan & Press today, they were talking about it with Congressman Micky Cantor. Cantor admitted that he idolizes Reagan, saying that Reagan is what got him into politics.

Cantor kept referring to the fact that CBS is a "licensed." "This is a licensed broadcaster doing this." Buchanan advocated finding out who the advertisers will be and putting pressure on them. Cantor agreed, saying this is a good idea.

After Cantor referred to CBS being licensed several times, Press jumped in and finally interrupted the love fest between Cantor and Buchanan. Press point blank asked him why Cantor was referring to the license of CBS so many times. Press asks him if action would be taken against CBS' license. Cantor stated something like, "well, the people of my state will want something done." Press kept on him and ignored Buchanan trying to jump in to save Cantor. Cantor then tried to sidestep it.

I don't know why the right wing nuts are upset over this, as I doubt CBS will show Reagan as the SNITCH he was when he snitched out all his Hollywood friends to Hoover and the FBI during McCarthyism. Nor, will they show all Reagan's lies and his support of terrorists, which led to hundreds of thousands being murdered and killed in Central and South America. Nor, is CBS likely to show how the United States under Reagan came to be the only country in the world (even to this day) to have been convicted of terrorism in the World Court for its actions in Nicaragua, including the mining of Nicaragua's harbors. Somehow, I doubt CBS will tell the truth.

But, these right wing nuts sure like their selective and revisionist history, and get it through pressure tactics like they are conducting now.

They ought to put Reagan on trial for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity.
