Demonstrations in Hawaii
Yep it was orderly... and I wish I could have made it there, but alas had to watch it on TV, so just passing the local coverage

No the boy could NOT avoid the protestors as they lined many streets on the way to the
hotel and by press accounts in the thousands

The Resident could not avoid SEEING THOSE PROTESTORS....

There were NO FREE SPEECH ZONES....

Now for those of you would not raelize this, in Hawaii getting these many people
onto the streets means... people ARE ANGRY.

The usual suspects were there.

But so where FEDERAL WORKERS under attack by DoD (at least their jobs)

But so where the Hawaiian Natives asking for recognition (the Akaka Bill), and I expect the Resident
to have given a nod and a wink to Governor Lingle but this will be forgotten as soon as AF 1 takes, ooops took off. Did I mention she is a Repuke?

There were the old, the young,. women, men, and all colors demonstrating peacefully where the Resident had NO CHOICE but to go through.

I wish I was a Fly in the Resident's limmo, after all he is NOT used to seeing Demonstrators... as the usual practice is to keep Demonstrators penned out in so called Free Speech zones... but Hawaii, for whatever reason refused to play that game... did I mention that this is an Un Patriot Act Free State?

Hey, seeing this gives me goose bumps, people are ready to PEACEFULLY DEMONSTRATE.

Oh and the Resident made another mistake... not that he realizes it... when he adressed the repukes, he had NO LEIs on him... Dennis Kucinish was covered in them... bad, bad move... it looks like he kept taking them off as people gave them to him... bad, bad, bad move.

Aloha also means good bye, and yes Resident, good ridance!

1. Thanks for the report!
Bush wouldn't know the proper etiquette regarding the leis if someone printed it out using crayons. Then again, he knows nothing, period.
