There will always be an illegal alien problem because the Republicans (mainly) love to keep us divided as a people.
Remember, the illegals are taking our jobs! Like making minimum wage at Walmart and working unpaid overtime OR ELSE. They are picking fruit and harvesting asparagus...you know all the GOOD jobs that white folk wouldn't work if they were starving to death.
