the Dem Policy Committee. It is devastating to the Bush administration. They actually ID Cheney as having gone to the agency and debating with rank analysts and intimidating them. The CIA agents were also angry about the media downplaying the outing of Wilson's wife (they didn't they were not specific about the media but I know for a fact that FOX, Rush, Hannity and their ilk were pooh pooing the incident within 24 hours of it becoming publick knowledge). I heard Rush say something like..she wasn't even a real agent some kind of low level analyst and making a big deal about the fact that Wilson contributed to the Dems. CIA agent Johnson was most offended about those assertions and he let it be known that no one complained when Wilson contributed to the Republicans and no one complained when Wilson voted for G. Bush senior. These agents are livid! If anything will bring down this Bush cabal, this single program should do it if it were aired on Clear Channel.

We must get this program shown all over the country. Anyone who taped it should make copies and send them to any place or person that you think doesn't know the facts. I would start by sending a copy to Pat Roberston's crew...even Pat was ridiculing the outing of Wilson as much ado about nothing and called Wilson a partisan operative. If you know some freepers, send them a copy of the tape. Send it to your funddie churches, O'Reily, and send one to Rush in rehab. I came in in the middle and didn't get a chance to tape it...but this is history. I going to ask C-Span to air it again. THIS IS HISTORICAL!!

I watched it on C-SPAN.....Oddly they chose to air it at 3:30 AM. I find it somewhat telling that the "liberal" media has failed to address the Dem Pol Com meeting. I plan to try and grab this tape from CNN if they choose to make it available.

I agree with your sentiments...and HIGHLY advise those who have not seen it...to do so. This committee meeting is THE MOST DAMMING TESTAMENT YET....to the Bush Junta treason.

Which is what it's looking like, more and more each day. They'll vote for honesty, integrity and loyalty...no matter the party. This treachery is one of the great stories in the history of the United States since the CIA was formed in 1947.

Bush allowed a non-official cover agent to be put in harm's way to send a political warning to whistleblowers and those unwilling to toe the White House line. In so doing, he compromised the entire WMD apparatus the agent had created. Bush also weakened the national security of the United States. It really is treason and the Little Turd from Crawford should go to prison for life, at best.

Blitzer to a lesser degree all ridiculed this report when it came out. Novak out and out lied and insinuated that there wasn't much harm done by his reporting because Wilson's wife was not a real undercover agent...almost implied that she was a low level analyst. He was following his orders to try to smear Wilson. This entire political smear campaign...the continuing vast right wing conspiracy that Hillary talked about...is backfiring and rightly so. The CIA should really be pissed at the talk radio druggie Rush and the rest of the Clear Channel ilk. However, i think no real harm will be done to Clear Channel as they and Murdoch have made deals with the Rwing to be their propaganda machine and in some cases are used as CIA tools in this regard. But it really proves the point that politics make strange bedfellows.

There are two reasons to put Pat Roberston behind bars: his satements about bombing the State Department and his diamond dealing in Africa.

5:20 p.m. on C-Span yesterday. I was so happy to see it repeated again. I, too, just sat there glued to the TV. This was just amazing. Actually hearing the sound of "truth". And if you caught glimpses of the Senators seated at that table, they were as spellbound as we were. I hope Senator Rockefeller has something to say about this on Meet the Press this morning.

With the "LEAK" out in the news, and now WMD's found - the whistleass Inc., in their arrogance have "blown the cover" on how intelligence information is really processed at the top levels.

In attempting to damage the CIA credibility, the whistleass mis-administration has also damaged their own credibility. If the CIA was and is being pressured to "filter" and "cherry-pick" intelligence, and the white house then manipulated that intelligence - then how much of it can we believe and trust?

How accurate is the information that we are being fed? And what does that do to our confidence in government? Can we believe future "terra-lerts"?

The Pentagon Papers shook our confidence. Nixon and Watergate shook our confidence. Iran-Contra shook our confidence. But, to the "regular american", it appeared to be limited to just particular presidencies.

This new information indicates that we've been lied to all along - by many administrations. Not only has our "trust" in the current administration been shaken - but also that trust in our entire government going back years and years.

I fear that our country's greatest threat is not from outside forces, but from inside corruption. Our country is rotting from within.

I say the damage has already been done.

Good luck trying to find an agent in foreign countries to do the dirty work for the US. What guarantees do they have now that they won't be inadvertantly exposed because of some political issue in the US?

They have none and there is nothing that can be done to repair that damage.
