They are all over LA and Orange County when it comes to raising money. But when they need help - where are Arnold and Bush? Hiding behind a rock somewhere I bet.

1. So far no news..approximately four hours ago Davis asked Bush

to declare FEMA emergency for So Cal...no update yet on that..Bush is at Camp David vacationing.

Davis has declared areas of the southland disaster areas.

Arnold is probably cruising the foothills in his HUMMER looking for the best photo op.
