This man was resting before the rally started. I like his simple, spot-on message.


Street theater along Constitution Ave.


A.N.S.W.E.R. "deputies" surround some RW'ers behind the stage prior to shepherding them across the street.


This man's son is in the National Guard and is serving in Iraq.
He doesn't know when he's coming home (already there > 6months).
He was interviewed by Canadian Television just after this photo was taken.

What do they do? Seems kind of interesting.

11. A.N.S.W.E.R. "deputies" are what I call the volunteers

who A.N.S.W.E.R. "deputized" into service that day. Instead of a badge, they got a yellow vest. They did a good job. In addition to handling the disturbance behind the stage, they surrounded the stage while facing out like they do at a rock concert.

7. The second picture down has me and my children in it.

The Bush guy was chasing them around. My son told him, "I have a balloon and I'm not afraid to use it." My kids are so excited that they're on the internet. Thanks for posting this.

of you underneath that big suspended television thing during the rally! :hi: I was the guy dressed in black who was standing with (a good part of the time anyways) the girl dressed all in black (Veganwitch). I remember you were behind me standing near Sharon (prolesunited). I also talked to that guy dressed as Bush and saw what he looked like underneath the mask. He came up to me and gave me his email address because he wanted a copy of the image on my sign sent to him. He is a school teacher which I found amusing. And, yes, your kids are cuties !! :)

of people. I ended up loosing everyone at one point. You just turn you head for a second and everyone gets engulfed by the crowd.

Not to mention like 15 years ago these guys would have hated jews.

Along the route someone put this sticker on the eagle symbol. Quite effective I think. It says: President Bush is a Liar Medicare, Education, Taxes.
