3. a kick and...Dean really should re-work those ads
and add the word 'some' to make it accurate.

i was taught here, that 'all' is the default unless specified.

he needs to change that

6. For the record
I like Al Sharpton. Never thought I would say that. That man is the real deal.

10. why did you think you would never say that?
Just curious. And Al is great. I think his appearance on Hardball will be great fun to watch later.

7. What bothers me the most about the debate
is the simplistic, ridiculously pro-Smirk tainted questions. For example, they would ask one of them how they would take care of Iraq. Then they would interrupt them and say "more specific, and oh, by the way you only have 60 seconds to tell us your plan."

I thought all of them did well (except Lieberman), but it's ridiculous to ask someone to explain economic policy, foreign policy or any policy in 1 minute. Sound bite world. They need to either give them more time to speak or focus the debate on one issue so everyone can expand on their outlines.

Then they told them what their "faults" were and asked them to respond. Why didn't they ask them how they would capitalize on Smirky's faults, which are too numerous to list here?

8. Questions' theme: "Ther rap on you is" - they are being interrogated
put on defensive, made to justify themselves. Common in ALL debates. Surprisingly, Faux is less revolting than CNN's last.

13. It's good practive for the onslaught that will follow as
the nominee. I have mixed feelings about it. Faux was a little better than the last debate. Wanted to smack Judy on the last one with all her little noises and rude interuptions.

9. Clark's time: 11 minutes including questions, applause, intreruptions
And I do know that others had less time. This is hopeless!

12. Exactly............... Clark in particular is a more careful and
complex thinker. It doesn't translate that well to the 1 minute or 30 second format.

THERE's TOO MANY PEOPLE UP THERE!

14. It's over
Sorry you missed it. I couldn't get a video connection going, but got a hiccup-y audio feed after a while, so I heard a portion of it. It was good, pretty raucous and rollicking compared to earlier debates. Lotta fire from all of them, really heartening.
