Bush drops (53%) in CNN/Gallup poll
Edited on Mon Oct-27-03 04:57 PM by demdem
Let's see the explaination for the drop from the Tweety's of the world, who jumped for joy over the previous Gallup poll. So if Gallup has him at 53%, then you can be sure Bush is somewere in the mid forties.

4. That's interesting.
Hardly a peep about it. When he went up in the polls, you would have thought there was no other news to report except the great love the majority of Americans have for our fearless leader.

6. the really interesting numbers
are the latter two questions. We're near the lowest ever confidence in our economy. seriously bad news, as consumer confidence (and debt-driven spending) is all that's been driving the economy so far..

9. Damn straight it's in the 40s!
You can't trust CNN's poll numbers (even with the Gallup tie-in) any farther than you can trust their factual content on TV.

bu$h in trouble: priceless!
